Ich konnte die Lerneinheiten zeitlich so steuern, wie es f\u00fcr mich gepasst hat. Die Trainerleitf\u00e4den und Pr\u00e4sentationen helfen, innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit ein qualitativ hochwertiges Seminar zum Thema eigenes Stressverhalten-Stressmanagement aufzubereiten. Am Wichtigsten war nach dem Ausf\u00fcllen des eignen Stressprofil das \u201esich selbst erkennen\u201c im eigenen Verhalten , um dann f\u00fcr sich passende kurz- und langfristige Stressbew\u00e4ltigungsstrategien aufgezeigt zu bekommen.
