Meistens wird wegen Sympathie oder Fachkompetenz eingestellt. Beides sind keine guten Voraussetzungen, um einen neuen Top-Mitarbeitenden zu finden. Falsch eingestellte Mitarbeiter kosten Unternehmen nicht nur wertvolle Zeit, sondern auch erhebliche finanzielle Ressourcen \u2013 die Kosten f\u00fcr eine Fehlbesetzung k\u00f6nnen bis zu 30 % des Jahresgehalts der betroffenen Person ausmachen. Allein die durchschnittlichen Einstellungskosten belaufen sich in Deutschland laut dem Institute for the Study of Labour auf etwa 4.700 Euro. Doch wie findest du den besten Mitarbeitenden f\u00fcr eine zu besetzende Stelle und wie landest du einen Volltreffer bei deiner Personalauswahl \u2013 wenn Fachkompetenz und Sympathie als Entscheidungskriterien nicht zum Erfolg f\u00fchren?<\/p><h6>\u00a0<\/h6><h3 class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Es gibt Menschen, die einen Job suchen und es gibt Menschen, die eine Aufgabe suchen<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"translation-block\">Wenn du die besten Mitarbeiter gewinnen m\u00f6chtest, stellst du die zweite Sorte ein. Die Menschen, die eine Aufgabe suchen, die zu ihren St\u00e4rken passt. \u00dcbrigens sind das nur etwa 10 % aller Bewerber. Das bedeutet: Du musst diese herausfiltern. Du kannst sicher sein: Mitarbeiter mit der richtigen Einstellung holen die Fachkenntnis in k\u00fcrzester Zeit nach. Wie John G. Vielmehr kommt es darauf an:<\/p><ol><li class=\"translation-block\">Kann der Bewerber das erf\u00fcllen, <strong>was die F\u00fchrungskraft von ihm erwartet?<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"translation-block\">Kann der Bewerber die  <strong>Anforderungen des Unternehmens erf\u00fcllen?<\/strong><\/li><li>Kann der Bewerber <strong>bei dieser Position seine St\u00e4rken einsetzen?<\/strong><\/li><li>Kann dein <strong>Unternehmen durch die St\u00e4rken des Bewerbers erfolgreicher<\/strong> werden oder wird er zur Bremse?<\/li><li><strong>Passen Bewerber und F\u00fchrungskraft zusammen<\/strong> und k\u00f6nnen als Team erfolgreich sein?<\/li><\/ol><h6>\u00a0<\/h6><p>Mache endlich Schluss mit teuren Fehleinstellungen \u2013 hole dir von Anfang an die richtigen Menschen an Bord.
