Wenn wir also eine lernende Organisation schaffen wollen, in der Menschen sich weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen, geht es f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte darum, die entsprechenden Voraussetzungen zu schaffen. Ohne sie geht es nicht. Im Gegenteil. Wenn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte bremsen und beispielsweise keine Zeitr\u00e4ume erm\u00f6glichen, dass Menschen sich weiterentwickeln und lernen k\u00f6nnen, behindert das die lernende Organisation \u2013 und damit das Wachstum der Mitarbeitenden.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Geh als lernendes Vorbild voran<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Wenn du selbst F\u00fchrungskraft bist, mache dir bewusst, dass du eine Schl\u00fcsselposition hast, um Lernkompetenz in deinem Umfeld zu steigern oder eben auch zu bremsen. Fange bei dir an. Zeige deinem Team, dass du dir Zeit nimmst zu lesen, eine Weiterbildung zu besuchen, ein Coaching zu machen. Wenn deine Mitarbeitenden sehen, dass du nicht davon ausgehst, schon alles zu k\u00f6nnen, sondern immer noch am Lernen bist, wird sie das positiv beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>So entwickelst du mehr Lernkompetenz bei deinen Mitarbeitenden<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In deinem F\u00fchrungsalltag geht es darum, eine kontinuierliche Lernorientierung zu erm\u00f6glichen, d. h. Mitarbeiter in ihrer Lernorientierung zu f\u00f6rdern und zu fordern. Auch schaffst du lernverhaltensgerechte Voraussetzungen, um sie f\u00fcr selbstgesteuertes Lernen zu ermutigen und zu bef\u00e4higen. Lernen muss am Ende jeder selbst, aber du kannst deinen Beitrag dazu leisten. In meinem Buch <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.persolog.com\/4-Wege-zu-mehr-Lernkompetenz\/DE-BO801-05-22-V1.0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\"4 Wege zu mehr Lernkompetenz\"<\/a>gebe ich dir, gemeinsam mit Renate Wittmann, 4 Aspekte, welche du auf vielf\u00e4ltige Art einsetzen kannst, um die Lernkompetenz deiner Mitarbeitenden zu erweitern und damit das Unternehmen voranzubringen:<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Schaffe Lernvoraussetzungen<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sprich \u00fcber das Lernverhalten im Team.<\/li>\n<li>Mach die Lernerfahrungen und -w\u00fcnsche zum Thema.<\/li>\n<li>Achte darauf, dass Lernen angstfrei geschehen kann.<\/li>\n<li>Reflektiere dein eigenes Lernverhalten und wie du andere Lernverhaltensweisen bewertest.<\/li>\n<li>Kommuniziere dein eigenes Lernverhalten offen und bitte um Feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Erm\u00f6gliche Lernen f\u00fcr jedes Lernverhalten im Team \u2013 ein \u201eone fits all\u201c gibt es nicht.<\/li>\n<li>Schaffe Freiheit zum Lernen, Zusammenschlie\u00dfen, Fragenstellen und Wissen aneignen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3>Erkenne und baue das Lernverhalten deiner Mitarbeitenden aus<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schaffe vielseitige Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Etabliere Projekte mit hohem Experimentiercharakter.<\/li>\n<li>Erm\u00f6gliche interaktive Formen des Lernens.<\/li>\n<li>Gib M\u00f6glichkeiten zu gemeinsamem Lernen.<\/li>\n<li>Etabliere Lerngruppen, Mentoring, Arbeitsplatz-Shadowing und\/oder Fallberatung.<\/li>\n<li>Achte auf eine konfliktarme, entspannte Umgebung.<\/li>\n<li>Gib Zeit f\u00fcr Nachfragen, zur Kl\u00e4rung und f\u00fcr ungest\u00f6rte Denkphasen.<\/li>\n<li>Schaffe und f\u00f6rdere den pers\u00f6nlichen Austausch (z.
