H\u00e4ufig \u00fcbernehmen sie die Aufgaben ihrer <a href=\"https:\/\/persolog.com\/de\/blog\/7-tipps-fur-effektive-mitarbeiter-gesprache\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mitarbeiter<\/a>und setzen sich damit selbst unter Druck. Denn viele Vorgesetzte haben das Gef\u00fchl, mit der Delegation einer Aufgabe auch ihre Kontrolle und Verantwortung abzugeben. Mit klar formulierten Zielen und einer effizienten Kommunikation von Regeln und Fristen, k\u00f6nnen Aufgaben abgegeben werden, ohne den \u00dcberblick zu verlieren. Die Financial Times Deutschland hat sieben Schritte aufgezeigt, mit denen Aufgaben richtig delegiert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/persolog.com\/de\/blog\/starkenorientierte-mitarbeiterentwicklung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wer \u00fcbernimmt die Aufgabe?<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lege genau eine Person namentlich f\u00fcr die Erf\u00fcllung der Aufgabe fest. Sie erh\u00e4lt damit einen Gro\u00dfteil der Verantwortung und kann bei Bedarf Teilaufgaben weiterdelegieren.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><br \/>2. Bis wann muss die Aufgabe erledigt sein?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Setze eine fixe Deadline fest, auch wenn du daran zweifelst, dass die zust\u00e4ndige Person die Aufgabe im zeitlichen Rahmen erledigt. Handelt es sich um ein umfangreiches Projekt, sind Zwischentermine sinnvoll.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Was ist zu tun?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Definiere deine Ziele klar und mache deutlich, was dir besonders wichtig ist. Gibt es Zwischentermine, solltest du hier die Zwischenergebnisse besprechen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>4. Warum muss der Mitarbeiter das machen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Sorge f\u00fcr Transparenz und erl\u00e4utere deinem Mitarbeiter, warum er die Aufgabe erf\u00fcllen muss. Kennt er den Zweck der Aufgabe, kann er selbst\u00e4ndig arbeiten und Entscheidungen treffen. Erkl\u00e4re dem Mitarbeiter auch, was ihm die Erf\u00fcllung der Aufgabe bringt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>5. Wie hat er vorzugehen?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Lege nicht unbedingt die Art und Weise fest, wie der Mitarbeiter die Aufgabe zu erf\u00fcllen hat. Meistens ist er auf dem jeweiligen Gebiet ausgebildet und kennt die besten Methoden, um das Problem zu l\u00f6sen. Allerdings kann es auch ratsam sein, die einzelnen Schritte zu besprechen, etwa wenn es sich um einen neuen Mitarbeiter handelt.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><br \/>6. Womit soll die Aufgabe bew\u00e4ltigt werden?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Stelle dem Mitarbeiter die Ressourcen zur Verf\u00fcgung, die er ben\u00f6tigt, um die Aufgabe zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Delegiert der Mitarbeiter wiederum Teilaufgaben, sollte hier gekl\u00e4rt werden, wer was, bis wann, warum, wie und mithilfe welcher Ressourcen erledigt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>7. Sage Danke.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Erweise deinen Mitarbeitern Respekt. Bedanke dich im Voraus, wenn du eine Leistung forderst.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte sind durch die Delegation nicht nur weniger strapaziert. Die Mitarbeiter werden durch die \u00dcbertragung von Verantwortung und fordernden Aufgaben sogar motiviert.
