Nach \u00fcber 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung und \u00fcber 60 Jahren Lebenserfahrung w\u00fcrde ich sagen: Es gibt immer noch etwas zu entdecken, gerade bei Themen wie F\u00fchrung, die so viele Facetten haben. Potenzial ist nie \u201efertig\u201c ausgesch\u00f6pft. Eine Potenzialanalyse geht tiefer. Es geht nicht nur darum, wie du dich im Alltag verh\u00e4ltst, sondern auch um die Frage: Warum reagierst du so? Welche Motive, Emotionen oder Pr\u00e4gungen stecken dahinter? Ich wei\u00df vorher nichts \u00fcber die Person. In einem etwa dreist\u00fcndigen Interview spreche ich mit ihr \u00fcber die aktuelle Rolle, schwierige Situationen und ihre Sichtweise darauf. Ich frage nach, reflektiere mit der Person und vertiefe bestimmte Themen. Es geht darum, herauszufinden, was Menschen innerlich antreibt \u2013 und was sie m\u00f6glicherweise ausbremst.<\/p><p>Ein Beispiel: Ein Mitarbeiter wollte unbedingt F\u00fchrungskraft werden, aber im Interview wurde klar, dass er kaum Zugang zu zwischenmenschlichen Dynamiken hatte. Am Ende gab es keine Empfehlung f\u00fcr eine F\u00fchrungsrolle \u2013 aber konkrete Hinweise zur Weiterentwicklung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4cf3dd6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4cf3dd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5><strong>Debora Karsch: Wie schaffen es Menschen, in diesem Prozess offen zu sein? Drei Stunden sind intensiv, aber sie erm\u00f6glichen Tiefe. Ich h\u00f6re zu, ohne zu bewerten. Und das sp\u00fcren die Menschen. In mehr als 700 Potenzialanalysen habe ich erlebt: Wenn du den Menschen Raum gibst, zeigen sie dir, wer sie wirklich sind. Anschlie\u00dfend gebe ich ein erstes Feedback, bevor ich einen ausf\u00fchrlichen Bericht erstelle. Dieser enth\u00e4lt klare Empfehlungen \u2013 auch wenn sie manchmal unbequem sind. Eine Potenzialanalyse ist nicht nur ein Tool \u2013 sie ist auch ein Signal: \u201eDu bist uns wichtig. Einer meiner Teilnehmer hat mir nach zwei Jahren gesagt, er h\u00e4tte sich ohne diesen Impuls nie so entwickelt.
