Insbesondere <a title=\"\\&quot;Gekonnt\" href=\"https:\/\/shop.persolog.com\/4-Wege-zu-mehr-Lernkompetenz\/BO801\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\\&quot;noopener noopener\">Lehrende<\/a> sollten mit Feedback theoretisch und vor allem praktisch umgehen k\u00f6nnen, um sich als entsprechendes Vorbild zu verhalten. Richtiges Feedback f\u00f6rdert die Kooperationsf\u00e4higkeit aller Beteiligten und ist entscheidend f\u00fcr <a title=\"\\&quot;Verhalten\" href=\"https:\/\/academy.persolog.de\/webinar-4-wege-lernkompetenz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\\&quot;noopener noopener\">pers\u00f6nliche Weiterentwicklung.<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"h-tips-for-constructive-feedback\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipps f\u00fcr f\u00f6rderliches Feedback<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>F\u00fcr gutes Feedback ist es entscheidend, konstruktive R\u00fcckmeldung zu geben. Dazu muss das Feedback m\u00f6glichst zeitnah im Lernprozess gegeben werden. Ist der Lehrende selbst emotional betroffen, sollte er lieber erst einen tiefen Atemzug nehmen und zu sich kommen, bevor er mit seinem Feedback startet. Folgende Reihenfolge hat sich bew\u00e4hrt:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Beschreibung<\/strong><br \/>Die R\u00fcckmeldung sollte f\u00f6rderlich, nicht wertend oder verletzend, sondern konkret, sachlich und hilfreich sein. Beginnen sollte man dazu mit einer Beschreibung der wahrgenommenen Situation.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Bewertung<\/strong><br \/>Nach einer sachlichen Beschreibung wird die Situation einfacher zu bewerten sein. Hierbei sollte der Lehrende mit Ich-Botschaften arbeiten.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Konsequenzen<\/strong><br \/>M\u00fcssen Konsequenzen formuliert werden, sollte dies am Ende des Feedbacks geschehen. Diese sollten abgestimmt und nachvollziehbar sein. Keinesfalls sollte der Gegen\u00fcber sich als ungerecht behandelt f\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 id=\"h-adapting-feedback-to-learning-styles\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stilgerecht Feedback geben<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Damit Feedback einen Vorteil bietet, ist die Bereitschaft des Gespr\u00e4chspartners zur Annahme notwendig. Mit zielgruppenspezifischer <a title=\"\\&quot;Kommunikation\" href=\"https:\/\/academy.persolog.de\/webinar-4-wege-lernkompetenz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kommunikation<\/a> wird diese Bereitschaft entscheidend erh\u00f6ht.<br \/>Besonders Lehrende, die l\u00e4ngere Zeit mit ihrer Gruppe zusammenarbeiten, haben die Chance, Feedback den Lernstilen der Lernenden gem\u00e4\u00df zu gestalten.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Fortschrittsorientierter Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Dieser Lernstil bejaht direktes, regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges und zeitnahes Feedback, mit dem Ziel, seine eigenen Qualit\u00e4ten zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Praxisorientierter Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Praxisorientierte Lerner nehmen Feedback von Personen an, die sie pers\u00f6nlich kennen und respektieren. Zu viel Kritik begegnen sie mit Ablehnung.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Gruppenorientierter Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Dieser Lernstil lernt mit Kopf und Herz. Deshalb m\u00f6chte er Feedback konkret auf Situationen beziehen k\u00f6nnen. Emotionaler und pers\u00f6nlicher Austausch ist ihm wichtig.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Interaktiver Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ideal f\u00fcr Feedback ist bei diesem Lernstil eine sehr offene und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lehrenden. Dabei ist es besonders wichtig, dass auch Erfolge entsprechend angesprochen und gew\u00fcrdigt werden.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Kombinierender Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Lernende mit einem kombinierenden Lernstil halten sich gern an ein vorgegebenes Lernprogramm und w\u00fcnschen sich konkrete Belohnungen, die darauf abzielen, das pers\u00f6nliche Wachstum f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Erfahrungsorientierter Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Diese Lernenden nehmen R\u00fcckmeldung von einer erfahrenen und vertrauensw\u00fcrdigen Person an. Sie w\u00fcnschen sich einen Lehrenden, der sich wie eine Autorit\u00e4tsperson verh\u00e4lt. Die Kommunikation soll in erster Linie zwischen dem Lehrenden und den einzelnen Lernenden stattfinden.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Analysierender Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Menschen mit einem analysierenden Lernstil sch\u00e4tzen es, wenn der Lehrende ihre Lernerfolge im Vieraugengespr\u00e4ch kritisch beurteilt und hierbei zugleich dialogbereit ist und Inhalte diskutiert.<\/p>\n\n<h4><strong>Reflektierender Lernstil<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Dieser Lernstil nimmt nur von f\u00fcr ihn kompetenten Personen Feedback an, dann ist Feedback aber sehr erw\u00fcnscht und muss spezifisch sein. Der reflektierende Lernstil lernt am besten durch Vortr\u00e4ge und durch Feedback \u00fcber seinen Leistungsstand.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Dennoch kann Feedback auch f\u00fcr den Lehrenden motivierend sein, insbesondere wenn kontinuierliches Feedback zu Lernfortschritten f\u00fchrt. Letztendlich spiegelt sich dies auch im Feedback der Lernenden \u00fcber die Lehrmethoden wider.
