J&#039;ai pu chronom\u00e9trer les unit\u00e9s d&#039;apprentissage comme cela fonctionnait pour moi. Les guides du formateur et les pr\u00e9sentations aident \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer un s\u00e9minaire de haute qualit\u00e9 sur le th\u00e8me du propre comportement face au stress et de la gestion du stress dans un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s court. Apr\u00e8s avoir rempli mon propre profil de stress, le plus important \u00e9tait de \u00ab me reconna\u00eetre \u00bb dans mon propre comportement, afin de pouvoir ensuite me montrer des strat\u00e9gies adapt\u00e9es de gestion du stress \u00e0 court et \u00e0 long terme.
