Esistono numerose ricerche in merito. Noi, come team di persolog, ci siamo prefissi di trasformare questa ricerca in uno strumento pragmatico per lo sviluppo dei team, che possa essere utilizzato da formatori, coach e manager.<\/p><p><strong>La resilienza del team non si sviluppa da un giorno all'altro, ma \u00e8 un processo che pu\u00f2 essere modellato passo dopo passo.
