Derfor har vi utviklet Persolog Resilience Model. <br \/>I v\u00e5r resiliensmodell ser vi p\u00e5 de 4 omr\u00e5dene av resiliens &quot;Akseptere, f\u00f8le, orientere og forst\u00e5&quot;.<\/p><p>Innenfor disse 4 omr\u00e5dene er det 10 resiliensfaktorer som spesifikt kan trenes og utvikles.<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">F\u00f8lgende faktorer vurderes i resiliensmodellen.
