How can people work together more effectively?
persolog is facing this question. Under this premise we develop learning instruments around social and personal competences for training, coaching, personnel development and company health management. In Germany alone, over 5,000 trainers and personnel managers trained by us work with the scientifically based models, questionnaires and seminar concepts - and every year around 300 are added. We work with 14 partners on all five continents.
The basis of the success of our learning instruments is an analysis of the actual state of one's own behaviour. Building on this, they lead to concrete, practical action strategies. The profiles, questionnaires, books and seminar documents convince through their pragmatism, their action orientation and the scientific basis.
The persolog models have been developed and constantly reviewed together with professors, psychologists and universities for 45 years. The high-quality materials are widely accepted by seminar participants and coachees.
The learning instruments are linked at the theoretical level. All learning instruments are modular and can be integrated into higher-level concepts.
HR managers, trainers, coaches and consultants, but also managers and employees in responsible positions attend the events of the persolog Academy. The certifications and practical seminars take place regularly throughout the German-speaking area. In public seminars as well as in internal company events, we show how social and personal competence can be developed sustainably.
Comprehensible materials and practical exercises promote independent work with the instruments. In-house solutions make it possible to integrate your own trainers and training concepts.
Certified trainers receive exclusive access to questionnaires, concepts and exercises of individual models.
