About the Training: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the content of the Corporate Potential-Scout introductory interview?
In the 90-minute online interview, you and Ursula have time to get to know each other. You’ll talk about your background, past experiences, and what you expect from the training. Together, you’ll also look at which topics are most important to you. At the same time, you’ll get a first practical experience with the Deep-Dive method.
What topics are covered in the Start Module?
In the Start Module, you’ll learn how to recognize potential in a business setting by using the Big Five model. You’ll look at how the company, the participant, and the Corporate Potential-Scout work together. Through practical exercises, you’ll also practice how to spot different personality traits.
What are Deep-Dive Interviews?
This part trains you in using the Critical Incident Technique (CIT) and exploring motivational and needs-based layers in potential interviews. You’ll practice observation and questioning techniques in simulated situations.
What is the Maturity Concept and Self-Development module about?
How do I deal with difficult situations in Corporate Potential-Scout conversations?
This module helps you address typical concerns, such as skepticism or emotional resistance. You’ll learn to handle challenges using collegial case consultation and gain support for individual questions.
What are the implementation calls for?
There are six calls in total. Three of them are led by facilitators and offer a space for discussion, feedback, and reflection. The remaining three are self-organized, giving you autonomy to deepen what matters most to you.
What happens in the Final Module?
In the Final Module, you will learn how to give feedback that is both appreciative and helpful during potential-scouting. Moreover, you’ll practice how to structure development plans in a clear and practical way. At the same time, you’ll reflect on how to handle sensitive information and explore best practices for effective and respectful communication.
As the training comes to an end, you’ll present your own Corporate Potential-Scout project and receive valuable feedback. After that, you’ll celebrate your achievements together with the group. Finally, any open questions will be answered, and your official certification will be handed over in a closing moment of recognition.
There’s no denying Ms. Franke’s passion for this topic—on the contrary, she brings not only great enthusiasm but also remarkable expertise. As a leader, I was initially skeptical about potential analysis. But in the process of development, gaining an external perspective on myself proved invaluable. I can only emphasize and confirm its impact. You definitely grow—or at least experience a shift in how you perceive yourself.

Rising again after difficult times is what makes the difference! That's exactly what I learned in Debora's seminar. Afterward, I gained clarity about my behavior and why I am the way I am and how I act! It's the perfect seminar for anyone looking to understand how they can change their behavior to achieve different results!

Thank you again for our potential analysis conversation back then, held during my development phase at the entrance area above the guardroom. I was nervous, I thought I was prepared – but your expertise, experience, and empathy revealed so much about me that still impresses me today. You serve as a role model in many ways and continue to be a valuable presence in my personal system. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to look forward to working with Ursula.
