The persolog® CORE SIX model (based on HEXACO) extends the established Big Five model by adding the sixth factor Honesty & Humility, thereby creating a language for integrity, fairness, and the handling of status and advantage. As a complement to the situational behavior level covered by the persolog® Personality Factor Model (DISC), CORE SIX enables a perspective on the underlying level of core personality.
