The History of persolog
The history of persolog in Germany began in 1990, when Friedbert Gay introduced the Personality Model in Germany. Within the first five years, 600 trainers and HR professionals had already been certified to work with the model.
What began with the Personality Model continued to evolve over the years. Today, persolog covers a range of topics related to personal and professional development, from personality, resilience and stress to time management and self-leadership.
From Germany to an international company
persolog GmbH was founded in 2004 to support the company’s growing international presence. Today, persolog has local partners and international representatives in numerous countries and regions.
